Sara Sill *

A lot of the works I have in storage are large-format prints (typically 30 x 22 inches) made from original photographs. These include evocative landscapes, floral "portraits," photographs which have been altered using digital programs, and images enhanced with drawing and hand coloring. The work spans approximately 8 years exploring different techniques and directions. My practice encompasses collage, painting, drawing, printmaking and textile design. But the starting point is usually a photograph.
